Greetings all, signed up to your forum today as it looks like a great place to share stories and recipies with fellow smoke heads! I live in Miami, Fl. and when we're not dodging hurricanes or bording up for one, I like to smoke ribs, chicken, or anything else that fits. I have a new Masterbuilt 30" electric and love it. Had the old Brinkman electric before this and basically wore it out. I have a good digital camera and plan to take pics of my next smoking adventure for some QViews. I plan on recruiting my brother-in-law as he's an avid smoker as well, and has a MUCH better camera than I!!
