Wife won a brinkman charcoal smoker from work. Having fun smoking sausage wrapped in bacon. Pork and chicken also. I'm liking the idea of smoking stuff, but the charcoal smoker seems to require more time to monitor temps. 

Considering an electric or gas smoker and would welcome comments.
