im the newesr guy to the forum,names jay and i just want to say hello. im vary new to the smoker seen. I just got a cabelas masterbulit elite eletric smoker. I went middel/ big because i dont want to be limited by the smoker i have.

Ive made a 3 batches of jerkey and a few slabs of ribs and have yet to have it turn out good. I figure its time to join a fourm and start informing my self a little better. I have been lurking on this fourm for a bit and seem you guys will be alot of help in the secret world of smoking.
