Hi. My name is Arden, and I've been smoking meat for a long time, of and on. It's back on now. Got a Brinkman Gourmet Smoker. Used to have an El Cheapo, but this one is much better with a two-piece charcoal pan and removable barrel. Works pretty good. Living about 45 minutes south west of Roanoke, 2 miles west of I-81. Beautiful place to live. Surrounded by mountains.

I'm retired from industrial and Class 8 truck maintenance. I read a lot and grill a lot. Oh, I also have a budget Char Broil gas grill. Works great.

That's all I know. Thanks.

Arden welcome to SMF glad you joined us. Have fun and happy smoking
