<![endif]Masterbuilt 30-Inch Black Electric Digital Smoker, with a cold smoking kit. We have smoked some pork butts, bacon and some fish. We have not used the cold smoker yet but are excited to do so. So far, we are loving using our smoker and are eager to learn as much as we can. I am certain that this forum will prove to be invaluable.

Just joined the forum! I'm new to smoking, so I'm experimenting & getting a lot of good advice from this forum & other helpful resources! I just smoked a 4lb. pork butt & Have been letting it rest for about 1/2 n hr or so!!! I hope this cook was a success! The lastone I had to finish in oven cause I pulled it early! Anyhow I'm from Southern, CA
