Hello, just joined the forum to gain more knowledge to fine tune my smokes. Currently using a masterbuilt electric smoker but thinking of getting a bradley soon. I would like to get a real wood smoker but I just can't beat the convenience an electric smoker provides I can set it and forget it for hours at a time. I've done ribs and pork butts and am pretty confident in my abilities with those, looking to venture into brisket and ABT's real soon here. If anyone has suggestions on the bradley smoker, (good or bad) feel free to speak up I'm all ears. Looking forward to being a part of the forum, it's safe to say I'm HOOKED.
