new member in Western NY

    New to the forums and relatively new to smoking . I made a smoker of my own design, ugliest SOB around but man does it smoke meat nicely. I have done a few pork butts and one rack of ribs in this smoker and so far so good. I used Soflaquer's finishing sauce with our pulled pork this weekend at the 4th festivities and wow what a difference. Thanks and will be reading alot now that I found this site.
