Hey ya'll!

I'm happy to find this website.

I bought my hubby an electric smoker for Christmas, and we are breaking it in.

We have smoked meat, sausage, veggies including peppers, and salmon.

We are hooked!

Last night I made green chicken enchiladas with smoked tomatillos and smoked chicken, smoked pablano peppers and cheese. Yummm!!!

You have gone and done it now! Stumbled into a whole nest of grazed smokers. Next thing you know you will be getting funny looks from your family while you snap pics of the excellent Q you just smoked.
