been reading a lot on here and thought it was time to join and say howdy!! I would classify myself as a semi newbie ...I am currently using a char griller with a side fire box . Mods include all stainless expanded metel for grilling surface and firebox,1/4 inch tuning plate,exaust pipe extention with the old dryer vent trick,and mutiple thermometers. Also have a new braunfels smoker with all stainless grilling surface.
