Good evening and welcome to the forum, from a warm day here in East Texas. Lots of great people with tons of information on just about  everything.

Welcome to the forum. A lot of nice folks here who are always willing to help.I think it's great that you're taking this up so young, I'll bet a bunch of folks here have smokers older than you! LOL. Using the search bar will answer most any question you might have. But, if you can't find the answer post a question and someone will be along to help you out. And if you post pics of your smoke, you'll not only give us smoke addicts a fix, but it will allow us to better help if we can see what's going on. Happy smokin', David.

Welcome from SC. Let us know what type of smoker you use and such so we can better help ya. 18? Man I wished I'd started when I was that young. Good having you.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
and the list goes on has probably been posted. Remember to post a QVIEW of your smokes.
We are all smoke junkies here and we have to get our fix. If you have questions
Post it and you will probably get 10 replies with 11 different answers. That is
because their are so many different ways to make great Q...
Happy smoken.
David
