Hey just wanted to make an Introduction.  New Sausage maker in the works.   Have smoked meat for years and make smokers and now doing research on how to process my own deer / make sausage/brats/ SS.   I am in the learning phase and appreciate the site and posts.   Look forward to recipe / technique threads and love the pics!  Good work ladies and gentlemen!

Live in ND and am going to make something out of that deer I shot with my bow that is boned out in the freezer.

I have a home made rotisserie smoker that I welded together for the cooker.  Have access to a grinder/ mixer/ stuffer.

I was looking at some of the websites for ingredients and was getting a little overwhelmed at all the options,  Is there a site partner or site that all the experienced people use to buy their consumables?

this is going to be tasty!

 Ben!

Once you start mking your own sausages, you'll seldom, if ever, get store bought again!  The flavor difference is amazing and you determine what all goes into it.

As for supplies, several folks on here buy from Butcher Packer and/or Sausage Maker.  Both have good products and are decent on price.

Let us know if we can be of assistance.  LOTS of combined experience in this forum.
