I own a Bradley BTIS1 electric smoker, and I have posted my review of it on this site.

Smoked a 4 1/2 lb. Picnic on Saturday, smoked it for 7 hours @ ~225 F.

Had the neighbours drooling...

My wife and her friends loved it... Said I could do it again.
