hey guys and gals GREAT SITE been trolling for the last couple of days and already learned a lot of tricks and mouth watering recipes.

I was googling char-griller mods and came a cross this forum (lucky me ) lot more to read and learn.

not new to the barbecue world been grilling and smoking for 20 + years just not your level. mostly on my weber kettle 22 that i have had since 1997 (still doing strong new handles, new E.M.T. legs, new grate)cooked or tried to cook just about everything more good than bad with out temp gauge.

thanks for great site

P.S already two days into E-course

one question is it worth the extra money for the char-griller outlaw compared to the super pro
