Hello everyone. I just joined the Smoking Meat Forums. I cook on a Primo ceramic grill. My very first pulled pork recipe (Jeffs) was superb. I look forward to all I can learn from you my fellow BBG fans. Any hints on cooking with ceramic cookers would be helpful. I have done traditional wood smokers, but don't have the room in my new back yard, so am trying to get used to the new Primo ceramic cooker
