Hello everyone.  I just joined the Smoking Meat Forums.  I cook on a Primo ceramic grill.  My very first pulled pork recipe (Jeffs) was superb.  I look forward to all I can learn from you my fellow BBG fans.  Any hints on cooking with ceramic cookers would be helpful.  I have done traditional wood smokers, but don't have the room in my new back yard, so am trying to get used to the new Primo ceramic cooker

Welcome to the forum! Never cooked on a ceramic, but plenty of folks here do. I'm sure there are people here who can answer any question you might have. Happy smokin', David.
