Hello Everyone.
I'm a new member from Southeastern Wisconsin. I love anything that has to do with food. Everything from making my own sushi, sous vide cooking, turkey fryers, etc. Now I'd like to try my hand at smoking meats using my weber kettle grill.
I had some pulled pork that a friend made on July 4th and loved it so that is going to be my first attempt. I've read that it is a very forgiving piece of meat for someone new as long as you are patient with it.
I'll keep my introduction post short as I'm sure I will be posting more as I have questions during my first and subsequent smokes I plan on doing. I've already learned so much just from reading this forum this past week.
