Dave here! Regular smoker who finally joined. I use a 30 inch Masterbuilt electric smoker and love it! Got online this morning since I'm doing a pork loin for a neighborhood fireworks party tonight. Great site, I love it. Just did my first brisket two weeks ago and thanks to this site it turned out great!
