Hello folks and thanks in advance for the welcomes. I am new to this smoking thing but with a fairly new baby I need a new hobby I can do at home and I think this is it. Just started using lump from a BBQ place I found In town and they have me hooked. Really want a primo or bge but the budget may not allow that. Anyway looking forward to using this great resource to make some awesome meat. May even try a butt on my weber today.
