Hey All!

Good Evening!

Good Morning!

Good Afternoon!

[I'm covering all my bases since I have no idea what time you will be reading this]

Long time smoker, new to the forums.

Ain't nothing better than a lazy afternoon with some slow cooked meat and a quality cold beer.

I'm a pork guy myself and love a good steak, but lately I've been trying to lighten it up with shrimp and veggies.

I've owned a couple Louisiana Grills but have since toned things down and use a Big Poppa in a drum.

I like to tinker and probably spend more time working on my contraptions than I actually do USING them, but that's just the perfectionist in me lol.

I mainly use BBQ Guru controls and started building my own custom sensors for them when I was assembling the drum.

If you need replacement pit or meat probes let me know - I can do custom builds to match your equipment.

It's getting colder up here in the northeast but I'll try and get a photo of my rig at some point... it's kind of in a transitional stage and not quite "bbq" ready right now.

If ur in the area toss me some meat and pour me a cold one!

73's!

Welcome to the forum, Mike!

Glad to have you aboard!

Looking forward to seeing some of your smokes

Your custom made probes sound very interesting.

Sure would like to see them in action!
