Hi all,
I've been reading and learning here for 4 months. I have worked in manufacturing for 39 years. I bought a Oklahoma Joe offset smoker on clearance at Walmart and made all of the most common mods to it before firing it up for the first time. I've smoked ribs, pork butt, turkey breasts for Thanksgiving, and two pork bellies that were sliced into bacon. They all turned out pretty good but always room for improvement. I got Jeffs rub recipe and love it. Looking forward to learning more and contributing where I can.

Welcome to SMF, Roger!

Sounds like you have that smoker dialed in pretty good!

Glad to have you aboard!
