New member from NC

  1. Hello all, I'm a new member from NC. I have enjoyed smoking various meats over the years like fresh caught or harvested salmon, venison, chickens, turkey, pork, peppers & sausages. I am always looking for better techniques and other recipes. I started a wild game processing business a few years ago and specialized in processed products like Italian sausage, trail bologna & jerky. It was really fun to make all that stuff but I have moved on to better opportunities. I still have some of the equipment to do my own processing. This looks like a great place with a weath of information. I sell firewood, so I always have different types of wood I can try for smoking. I have a verticle electric smoker and a large cooker that I can fit up to a medium sized hog in. It's going to be a good year !!! Glad to be here. The Wood Boss

    There are plenty of of us from NC but plenty of great people here form all over the world!

  4. Thanks All for the welcom, does anyone know how I can add a signature and change my avatar. I can't seem to find the options under my preferences. Maybe it takes a while before new members have those options available, I'm not sure? Thanks

    Click on your avatar and this will put you into your personal site. You should be able to change and add things from there.
