Hello, my name is Thom and I use the 30" Masterbuilt Electric Smoker with various results.  Most everything turns out good, but this weekend I ran into my first dilemna. Not sure if I should post that here or someplace else.  I will wait until I look around this site.  I can't wait to read more about the tricks and traits of smoking!!
