New Member from Minnesota and THANK YOU!!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to all that contribute to this forum, I am a somewhat of a smoker newbie and have used this forum to successfully smoke Ribs( 3, 2, 1 method) , Pulled pork and today I tried a Brisket... I have always been fairly confident in the things I have smoked thanks to this forum with exception of todays Brisket, I was a little nervous it would not turn out and would be to dry.....but the final results from everyone who tried it were amazing,  and they could not believe this was my first time smoking a Brisket, even the wife pulled me aside to tell me how good it was...  I could not take all of the credit though, if it was not for all of you that contribute to this forum who knows how it would of turned out and for this I want to thank you all and look forward my next challenge....

For what its worth I follow alot of different forums,  whether it is in regards to my profession or the hobbies I am interested in and very rarely if ever do I post anything, but I found it necessary to post something on here as I know I could not have had the success in smoking meats if not for this forum, and for that....I Thank you....

Welcome SKander007!  A lot of us here have been able to bring our A-game to the smoker due to all the advice and quick help of others.  We look forward to many Qview from you and if you don't have pictures, well...It never happened.

What part of MN are you from?  I grew up in Buffalo-Wright county
