Just joined the forum to learn more about smoking and grilling and to get questions answered by individuals with a little more experience than myself. I have both a vertical propane smoker and an offset charcoal smoker. Been grilling for a long time and smoking for approximately six years. Shoulders, ribs and whole chickens are what I typically do and have had very good success.
