Hi everyone,

the wife bought me a Smokey Mountain Cooker for Christmas and that's  I realized I knew notthing about smoking. Spent a lot of time browsing these forums and YouTube videos and figured out the basics. Fired it up last weekend and smnoked some sts stuffed burgers and a turkey breast. Could have done better but now that I have a better idea of how to control the temperature and use the right amount of fuel I am ready to start on the good stuff. Have two racks of ribs and a brisket available for my next free weekend. Excited to learn more and try some new things along the way. Thanks for having me!

Welcome aboard! The WSM is a very popular smoker around here. I have 3 of them. Once you get the hang of it they will produce some amazing Q with very little effort.
