Hello fellow smokers- I am relatively new at smoking on my Napoleon grill and have done some minor smoking using a smoker box or foil packages. I just received my Smoke Daddy and after doing some reviews on the forum tried smoking some cheese, venison pepperoni and a few pieces of peameal bacon. I tried some of the cheese after 3 hrs. and it appears to be pretty good. I hope to try some salmon next. I am retired and look forward to reading the forum as a great source of information to do ribs and other delicacies. Will post some of my experiences in the future.
