Hello all.  My name is Clint and I reside in Kansas City, Kansas.  Just had my first experience with my new 18.5" Weber and a good hot initial burn off of the factory goo.  Look forward to chating about my experience as a very new to the smoking community.  Little about me, married, 2 kiddos, love to Bowl (215 avg), love astronomy with me 12.5" telescope and I love to eat food!!

Thank you for the warm welcome.  I am going to have a go at some ribs this weekend.  Will give details on how it goes later next week.  I do have to say that this sight has so much information I have learned so much in the short time that I have had my smoker.  Thanks so much!!
