Hello everyone,
I am writing to you from Glendale Arizona, I don't really know how to cook or grill but I got really fascinated with learning about how to make ribs which lead me to learning about smokers and finally bought my first smoker! I have a MES 30" that I purchase 2 weeks ago and already have 2 baby rack ribs and a whole chicken under my belt.
I currently have a AMNTS 12" on the way and a new Maverick ET732 in order to get a good readout for my temps, I want to see how far if any my stock thermometers are. The only real complaint I have about the MES 30 is that I can't seem to fit a full rack of ribs in there without cutting off a bit off the end.... Maybe I should look into a bigger smoker? I was actually thinking about returning the MES30 for a 40" but would still have the same problem, or I could just stick it out with the 30 until I get more experience under my belt
