Hey all. I'm a new member here and may have lots of questions. The smoker we have is a horizontal CharBroil smoker with an offset firebox.

While I've been trying to do some smoking for a couple years, it appears I'm still in the just learning stage.

Looking forward to pulling from the decades of experience on the board.

Glad to have you join us on SMF! There is a great tutorial available through the course that will get ya started with your rig. Lots of great information on the site, combined with helpful members, will get you on your feet quickly, and the smoke chugging from your rig!

Welcome to SMF glad you decided to join us. Questions are fine here and people will try to answer them. Most of us asked the same questions when we got here and someone here answered them for us so we try to pay it forward. You and your family will be surprised at the stuff you produce with that smoker very quickly and will be begging for more. Have fun and happy smoking
