Hey, I've been smoking pork and beef for 5-6 yrs now, and been poking around here for a couple yrs as well and decided I better join.

I grew up on a farm in central mn and still live in the area I grew up. My wife and I are currently trying to start a lab breeding business on the side and I work at a metal fabrication shop which is coming very in handy on my newest project (a refridgerator reverse flow) and I am also an avid hunter/trapper/fisherman. I also play amatuer baseball for my hometown and still love the game as much as when I was a kid.

Can't wait to get to know some of you and learn a few more tricks on here.
