Hi everyone!

I'm relatively new to smoking and have been searching the web for direction, and have consistently been browsing your forums. My goal this summer/fall is to smoke something every weekend, which will be challenging with my girls travel softball schedule, but I'm definitely looking forward to it.

i recently received a brinkmann trailmaster le from my kids for my birthday and am in the process of modding it. 3 cooks in, I'm addicted and can't wait to learn more.
