Farmersville, Texas
James Watson and Jacklyn here at Gooselakeranch at Farmersville, Texas and gooselakeranch.com.  We live on a 100 ac ranch south of Farmersville and have Hay, Chickens, African Grey Geese, Guineas, Ducks and two nice Pyrenees Pups in training.  Our colors are Green and yellow for everything John Deere.

We love to cook and are cooking right now.  We primarily use a Large Green Egg but also have a trailer smoker. I am in the process of building a new trailer smoker from a 250 propane tank.  We have our own shops and build what we need.  I am looking forward to learning all I need to know about proper calculations for a nice custom rig.

We look forward to communicating with the forum members. Thanks in advance for all tips and advice.

Good afternoon and welcome to the forum, from a finally cooling down East Texas. Lots of great people and tons of information.

Love watching smoker builds, know exactly where you are, Back in the early 70's my Dad had a friend in Farmersville  (not sure how much land he had) but had several large stock tanks, caught lots of fish out of them.
