Hi All,

Garrett here from New Prague, MN.  I still haven't bought a smoker yet, but I am looking at getting a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker.  I was thinking I'd try a pulled pork once the time came (hopefully in the next month or 2).  Haven't smoked anything before so I'm open to any and all suggestions to make the experience as enjoyable as possible.  You can be assured I'll have plenty of cold beer on hand!

Welcome and do plenty of reading on here and you will be all set to take the plung...Great choice on the smoker...You will do just fine...and you are in for some great eating..

Masterbuilt electric is a good choice in a smoker, with electric I would also look at adding a A-MAZE-N smoker for a alternative, consistent, perfect smoke machine...
