New Meat

  1. Hello from Clear Lake Minnesota. I am new to this world of smoking meat. I am in the process of building a smoker out of an old commercial refrigerator and came across this site. TONS of INFO here. I am also experimenting  with my Cabellas dehydrator and jerky and other fruits and vegetables. I'm looking forward to hearing advice to the post I plan on writing as well as contributing some recipes from my experimenting.
