Hey all, a good friend of mine, Ted, from Eyota Minnesota, turned me on to this sight. I am fairly new at smoking yet I have taken on Prime Rib, New York Strip, Beef Brisket, Pork Spare Ribs, Lamb and Lobster Tails. So far, no one has died and have received good reviews from all who ate. I just got a Weber Smoker, 22.5", for Father's Day and am excited to learn new recipes, tricks and trades. I will learn to weave bacon. Lol
