New Kid on the Block

  1. Hello fellow fire worshippers!

    My (real) name is Andy. I've only been smoking for a few years but I think I make up for it with unhealthy levels of dedication and obsession.

    I live just outside Cincinnati, Ohio. And yes, I've made the Cincinnati-style fatty. (Not recommended if you value avoiding days of heartburn)

    I cook using the following equipment...

    1. Masterbuilt 40" Smoker
    2. Pit Barrel Cooker
    3. Weber 22" Kettle
    4. Weber Spirit Gas Grill

    Not sure what else to share, but I look forward to sharing tips and tricks with everyone.

    It's time to check the brisket!

    MJ- I love everything about Cincinnati style chili, but once you apply that to a fattie, shame and clogged arteries will surely follow.
