Hi everybody, I am new to this forum and a relative newbie to smoking. I had a Bradley for a while and I have smoked a few briskets, ribs, some back and salmon. I just got done doing a party of ribs and the smoker died mid-smoke s o I am thinking about the "next smoker". It looks like it might be a Cookshack SMO66 or a Smokin it #3. Here are some pics of my last smoke of baby backs. I look forward to learning from you guys more about smoking.
