hi fire it up
am in union county
not too many people around here that smoke meats--a neighbor of mine is te only other person in the area that i know of--we have a great arrangment--he works for the town in the tree unit--he takes down old trees or trees that need pruning so we both have a never ending supply of wood--i brew beer so i give him a case a month and he drops a pile of wood in my driveway every few months-
