Hello, everyone! I actually joined in March...here it is the end of August already. Busy summer. I live in Northern Wyoming. I'm a grandmother to 14. I'm an experienced cook and baker, but am new to smoking. My son gave me an electric smoker to play with. So far I tend to overcook things, but I just bought a Man-Law meat thermometer so hope to do better.

Glad you joined the group. The search bar at the top of any page is your best friend.
About anything you wanna know about smoking/grilling/curing/brining/cutting or slicing
