Hello from East Tennessee. I am just beginning to smoke some and wanted to join your forum. So far I see lots of useful information. I use a CharGriller side box smoker. I tried smoking a prime rib roast last week for the first time and it turned out so well it sort of gave me the desire to smoke more.
