Names Erv, 22, working on my masters in Civil Engineering. Charlotte NC. I have a 40" Brinkmann Charcoal Grill/Smoker sitting in the barn at my dad's but I'm confined to a apartment so I only have access to a gas grill at the club house for now.

Been around grillin my whole life, from doin whole hogs starting at 3am to Sunday pork chops. I got the smoker b/c it was a great deal but havent used it, so I'm new there. Just tryin to learnin and get some new ideas on things to try, I love to cook and grill, doin dishes...not so much.

Found you guys based on a post at the motorcycle forum I'm on. I'm obsessed with fatties now, lots of good combos here!

Welcome to the forum. Glad you could join us.
