My name is Greg and I live in E. Central KS. I am a Route Manager for Schwans Home Service. Just received a Masterbuilt Electric Smoker that I got with Award Points from my work.  Unboxed it and "seasoned" it per the instructions. Wanted to do some easy stuff first and just smoked 5 Chicken Leg Quarters. They turned out wonderful !!  Used a McCormick Mesquite Marinade on them over night. Put em in the smoker on 225 with water in the bowl. Only took a couple of hours to reach internal temp of 170. Let em rest for about an hour and pulled the meat off the bone. Was the juciest chicken I've ever eaten. Used a mix of Hickory and Cherry chips and it was so easy.
