Picked up a Horizon 16" Classic a short while back & only had a chance to cook up some brats & a couple pork chops. Today I broke it in with a rack of pork loin ribs.
Here's the ribs after pulling the membrane, hitting it with the rub & just in the smoker...
Got the fire going to a temp of about 240° with some hickory chunks thrown in...
Sprayed them with AJ for the first couple of hours then brushed on some sauce for about the last hour. Here they are just off the smoker...
And on the plate, mighty tasty...
