Hi, New member. Just purchased a Horizon Classic 16" Backyard smoker, should be here in 4-6 weeks. First smoker. Also bought a convection plate for it. Smoker comes with the following: 1 Smoker and side-mounted fire box 2 Cooking grates 1 Firebox cooking grate 1 Firebox charcoal grate 1 Lid thermometer 1 Ash tool Any other accessory purchases that I should be considering? Extra thermometers for monitoring the meat temperature? Cleaning tools? Thanks for any input! Hope this is the appropriate forum.
