Mobile, AL.
Hello all. I live in Mobile, AL. on the gulf coast. Married with 4 children. We are a Christian family and love spending time together.

Presently I have a Brinkman Gourmet Electric smoker. Looking to upgrade.

Not an expert by any means.

Don't worry about not being an expert there are plenty of them here who love to jump in and help us Newbies out.

Anyway an expert = X the unknown quantity and spurt is just a drip under pressure....= expert.
