  1. Hello all. I live in Mobile, AL. on the gulf coast. Married with 4 children. We are a Christian family and love spending time together.

    Presently I have a Brinkman Gourmet Electric smoker. Looking to upgrade.

    Not an expert by any means.

    Don't worry about not being an expert there are plenty of them here who love to jump in and help us Newbies out.

    Anyway an expert = X the unknown quantity and spurt is just a drip under pressure....= expert. [​IMG]

    Here's a link to photobucket it's free and easy to download pictures. Then if your really new to smoking Look up the E-course.
    It's also free and it will give you the basics of smoking. So after all of that you just need to go grab something to smoke and if you have any question just post them here and we will answer it quickly so you don't have any mishaps with your smoke.

    When you uploading to Photobucket I always use the Large IMG setting, 640 x 480 it is a nice size...
