Hello everyone! My name is Pierre I'm 25 and I'm from Winnipeg Manitoba Canada. I Just started smoking this summer on my plain charcoal grill with some water pans and got hooked! I recently bought a WSM 18 and I am loving it so far. It's nice not to have to add coals every hour in the grill to keep it up to temp. Anyways I look forward to learning as much as I can here!
