Hello everyone. My name is Brent Jones and live in NE Florida. Ive been using a box smoker for a few years and have an electric but never used it. I am interested in building a new smoke house and trying to get some ideas.Hopefully with this site I can get a lot of questions answered.

It is and I have lived there for 40 years. Had to move out of the city so I guess its NC Florida?
