Hi my name is Garrett live in north Carolina served 8 years in the Marine corps and finally got a smoker and am trying to learn how to use it I have a masterbuilt smokehouse and I cannot control the heat well at least the temperature on the door which it came with on the low setting all the way down it was still at 350 it is a propane smoker any help will be appreciated
