Hi

  Ken here. We live in Wapiti Wyoming which is about 30 miles east of Yellowstone park. We just got a used older Brinkman  round vertical Propane smoker. We have never done any smoking as of yet. My wife likes smoked fish and we both love ribs. 

  Like to get info on this unit and how to use it.
