I live in Long Island NY. Love to grill. I was born in Argentina and have watched my father grill since i was a little boy. I'm 52 now and grill all year around. I've been dying to get into smoking meats. Something that I was never really aware of except out at restaurants. Always loved the smokey flavor. So now I've just purchased a Smokehouse 4-in-1 smoker/grill combo. I am aware it's not he best piece out there but it was in my budget, we needed a new grill and I couldn't convince my girl to buy to units :). I have so may questions, I don't even know where to begin. I did find some comments on here from members regarding some modifications to this smoker and would really love to pick someones brains about diff. subjects.. Water trays, direct charcoal versus just smoke, the wood used etc. etc. Anyway, hope to learn from all you masters out there. Thanks.
